"Sent an email on 03/28/2016, received a response on 04/09/2016. That's like 2 weeks!
Navigating the site is a pain and confusing. And I cannot list all movies with a range of price. Hovering over a movie gives you a "from" price for both rent/own. I have to click onto it to find the price to own it, that's really annoying"
