I recently purchased two large items from them and have had a wonderful experience each time. The first time I placed an order I called their 800 number to speak to a rep. I asked him questions about the gear I was looking at,their company policies, etc and found them to be knowledge and pleasant to talk to. They answered all my questions and never rushed me off the phone.
One thing that stands out to me on their site is the ability to actually view the products they are selling. Usually there are 4 photos per product taken at different angles and showing you what is included (boxes, manuals, adapters, caps, chargers, etc)
Shipping was free on both products and rush shipping was very reasonably priced. When I received the packages they were packed very well so that they wouldn't get knocked around in transit.
