"I ordered a laptop charger from usalaptopbattery.com. I accidentally ordered the wrong charger so I contacted them. I was told if I paid to return the charger they would give me a refund. The refund address they gave me is in CHINA not USA. Since I was the one that ordered the wrong charger I agreed to this even though I was not happy about them being in China. I specifically ordered from them because I thought they were in the USA. It has been several months and at first they claimed they didnt get the charger I returned. Now they are just ignoring my attempts to contact them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! All they care about is getting your money and nothing else. "

"Hello, I am writing you from France. I am happy to understand that I am not the only one who has been swindled by the so called Stone. That company "Zhixiao Wang" in Europe is acting under the name of "Batterie PC portable". It look like this company is based in France but there is no official registration and the adress they give does not exist. I'll try also to make a long story short !I have purchased a motherboard 2 months ago. It took 3 weeks to receive it. I then realised that it was coming from China and not from Germany has stated on the website. The motherboard was out of order. I made a complaint by email and the famous "Stone" very kindly replied that he was really sorry but that it was certainly my fault because the motherboard had previously been checked ! I had to return it to Zhixiao Wang. It took 3 weeks and numerous emails before Stone said that he got it back. In the mean time, I purchased another motherboard on ebay and received it (also from China) but this time, in good order. So I asked Stone for a refund. He made as if he didn't understand (always very kinly), saying that the item was going to be repaired and resent back to me. I received yesterday the "repaired" motherboard from Zhixiao Wang. The motherboard is the same one I received two months ago and is exactly in the same condition : out of order !..I am thinking now to make a complaint to the police department.Sorry for my english. "Purchased a "100% genuine, brand new, asus g53jw ac adapter" from usa-battery.
Long story short, item was sent two weeks after they took the money from my paypal and after I had to send two emails and when the item arrived it was the wrong ac adapter for a different lap top and it was also used.
These people are FRAUDS. I'm currently making a claim with paypal in order to get a refund, after everything I've seen on this site, there's no way I'm giving them another chance to send me the wrong item.

I ended up paying an HP dealer to verify and repair my laptop. I let Wang Stone know right away that I was having problems. He did not honor his warantee. Dealing with him cost me over $600 to repair my laptop when it wouls have cost me less than $200 if I had ordered from somone reputab;e. Dealing with him also cost me almost 3 months w/o my laptop "

In my case, Zhixiao Wang deliberately sent the wrong item, knowing that I would return it. I beleive he did this because the ordered part was not available, but a similar part was. His return instructions specifically indicated to send back using CHEAPEST method. Of course, that would eliminate any delivery tracking! However, regardless of whether or not he actually received the return does not excuse him from not sending the item I ordered in the first place! The CORRECT item is clearly describe in all email correspondence. BEWARE!"
"I purchased a Dell Laptop battery from "USA (China) Battery. Website stated they shipped from the USA not "TO THE USA". 10 days later I contacted Pay Pal to no avail. Pay Pal is protecting these crooks. I am out $95 bucks and have nothing to show. I am certain after I complain to both USA (China)Battery that they will rush out a knock off and Pay Pal will tell me they have resolved the issue. Bottom line....USA (China)Battery is a con and PAY PAL enables them to stay in business. I will never utilize Pay Pal again. They are just as guilty as USA (China)Battery"
