"hello ive been with uromed for over 5 years, i've had some good customer service with in this 5 years ive experienced only two unprofessional people . but here recently ive been dealing with betty rose who has been harrasing me to no end. i've spoken to her supervisor about her and ive asked for her not to contact me anymore. shes continously emails me and calls me. the last email she sent me was a threatening email. mind you these are emails that comes to my work email. now she has gone so far as to email me this....also keep in mind i know i have a balance but this type of harrasement is not encourging me to pay them its encouraging me to move on...............please read below.......I spoke with my boss and he states that your orders will need to be paid in full each time you order until your balance is paid up. (this is the quote from her supposed boss)


She should pay for each order up front moving forward until the private balance is paid off. (from my boss)
