"Ordered a pair of sandals for my wife in size 9 was sent a pair Size 8. Was told I ordered a size 8 when the order clearly states a 9.I was then told the shipper thought a 9 meant an 8? I was told to ship them back at my expense for a refund. Not worth the time or the money. Pure rip off. I will not do business with them again and will not recommend them. "
"The item I ordered from the photo and advertisement was not what I received. To me that is blatant false advertising. When requesting return and refund they expect me to pay for return shipping for sending me something I didn't order. I have pictures and there is no doubt that what I received is not what they had pictured in the ad."
"Until Gone has some great products; however, they need to do MUCH more quality control on the products they offer. I ordered and received a set of markers which came in a carrying case. The markers are great; however, the carrying case has no structure to it and needs a MUCH more sturdy case to be helpful to anyone. Until Gone fulfilled its obligation but did not carefully check this product to discover that the carrying case is basically a piece of junk! Until Gone needs to do a MUCH better job of checking out its products before offering them to consumers!"

"I purchased the "Luxury Home 1,000 Thread Count Egyptian Cotton Sheet Sets". They were in a from Bibb Home Products. I knew that they probably werent truly 1000 TC sheets and had my expectations set appropriately. They were approximately $35.00. I was wildly disappointed even with my reduced expectations. They were laughably see thru thin. They were supposed to have 18" pockets. When on the mattress the fitted sheet didnt even cover sides of mattress fully. I washed them exactly twice. Once before I used them for the first time and one other time. When I went to put them on the mattress the second time the corner disintegrated and ripped apart. It wasnt the stitching that gave way but the fibers simply pulled apart. I will NEVER order from this company again. I have purchased sheets from Target and Walmart around the same price point and got years of service out of them. having the fibers fail on the second use was absurd. I would strongly advise no one purchase this product."
"I ordered a pack of 10 ft iPhone charging cables, not once, but twice! The first pack I got, all 3 cables stopped working w/in 1-2 (max) mths…I thought maybe it was a bad batch, so I re-ordered the same items a 2nd time, but this time I bought the warranty that they offered for them. Again, within maybe 2 mths, all 3 cables were no longer working, just like my previous order! I emailed customer service, explained my situation, and wanted to use the warranty I had bought on them. I requested a refund. About 7-10 days later I reviewed a response saying they had solved my case under my warranty, but did not say what they meant by “solved”…was I getting a refund? I replied back to the email asking what they meant by “solved” and what the outcome was. I again received an email back telling me my case was “solved” but without any further explanation! I replied again asking the same question. I got the same email back as the other 2x…..this has been going on for months now! They will not tell me if I’m getting a refund, only that my case is “solved”!! I also get requests to close out my case since it has been “solved”….WTF do they mean by “solved”??!!! Am I getting a refund?!!!
