"This website is a scam. They quote a good price for Uggs and use an all american name. They then charged me more than the price in the invoice and sent me knock off uggs. When I requested to cancel or exchange, their response was to suggest that I try to sell the boots myself. When I declined they told me that if I mailed the boots back for a refund or exchange, they would probably get detained in their Customs House and they would never get them back. Stay away from this outfit."

"The website is designed to look just like the official UGG website, however, when I ordered a pair from them, I received the package from China with no return address and the boots are as fake as can be. No where on the website indicates they sell knockoffs. This is a scam. It made you believe you are ordering the real thing. Don't be a victim as I did."
