"placed an order on a friday and received an email back next tuesday for me to verify information. not sure if this was for everyone or because i placed a purchase for an expensive TV. order was confirmed and delayed a bit because of weather issues, but i am happily using it well. they threw in a free wall mount as well, which i needed to get anyways. would have paid for it."
