"I hate being the first review and having to be so negative, but my overall satisfaction is poor. I decided to order from TriplePlayRebates based on reviews of their former company – there were no reviews of TriplePlayRebates at the time of my order, however older reviews of their former name were good. They checked to see which deals were best for me. Ordering with Verizon was slightly difficult. Hook up went well. The downside is I never got my rebate from them which is why I chose them in the first place. I got my Verizon rebate (for paying for the installation), but I had to poke and prod just to get the rebate form from TriplePlayRebates. I submitted the rebate and waited the usual processing time and heard nothing. Since then, I've called and emailed numerous times and never once gotten a call or email back – IT HAS BEEN NEARLY A YEAR!!! So overall satisfaction with Verizon is good, but TriplePlayRebates is bad – they never contact you after the sale."
