"Its a scam i order gloves they never arrived but the worst part its they are taking money from my account do to a "subcription" i never even signt for so they took my money from a product that never arrived and they are trying to charge me $29 per month on a subcribtion i never even sight for be careful its a scam wont get your money back i put despute at my bank but still i didnt get all my money back they are only giving back the $29 of the dubscribtion but not the money for the item i ordered that never arrived "
"We ordered gloves on the 14 and never got a tracking number on the order, they got my address wrong, they got it corrected said they were going to resend them ,never got a tracking number again, I called today to see what is happening with my order, this mind you is the 4th time I have called them since the 14th of November today is the 29th of November....when I called them again today, the lady said that there is no tracking number and I told her that it was because it was never shipped and I am requesting a full refund now,and she canceled everything and issued a refund to me that I will get in 7 to 10 days...we shall see...."

I contacted their customer service took 1-2 weeks to answer me “horrible customer service” and they said they cant refund me!! They said the item is “delivered” and its been about a month and half and never have received anything. I refunded it through cashapp received my $20 bucks guess what a week later, THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN FOR THE $20 ITEM I DIDNT RECEIVE.
