"The proofing process was a bit tedious. They did end up catching a spelling error I had missed after it was printed, informed me and were able to reprint it without delay ($24 reprint fee). I had them overnighted. I ordered on Wednesday and they were here the following Monday. The banners are very nice and set up easily though one was retracted all the way into the roll and both of them that I ordered the protective endcap on the pull bar were popped off and had to be popped on."

"I had some difficulty uploading artwork...the proofing system seemed cumbersome and it was confusing that each piece of artwork had "2 sides" to approve. When I called, the person I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helped me with the proofing process, so that experience was great. I just received the displays today and they looked great except for boxes showing up around logos that were not visible in the original files I sent."
