"SCAM. I ordered online (8 months ago) and payed with PayPal. Product was never shipped. No refund. Phone numbers are disconnected. Emails are not returned. Worst online company I have ever dealt with! "

"I ordered a die-cast model from Toys and Hobbies May 12 2008 and paid by PayPal. 6 weeks later- nothing.
I have tried phoning and e-mailing them every day for the past 3 weeks . They never return e-mails and their phones are only answered by a machine that tells you no-one is available to take your call.
Basically they just pocketed my money ($130), did not send the goods and cannot be contacted by any means that I have so far discovered in order to make a complaint or receive any customer service.
In other words they are either crooks or just so inefficient that they have no clue what they are doing . Either way, my advice is to avoid this company and whatever you do, don't send them any money . You will never hear from them again!"

"I ordered a CMC Mercedes model W165 from this store's website at Toysandhobbies.com and paid with paypal from a credit card. I may be able to get my money back . I got all sorts of emails from their automated website but never received a tracking number with my shipment confirmation. The toll free number listed at toysandhobbies.com has been disconnected and so has their local number. They are owned by Sanduco and I tracked down Sanduco Toys in San Leandro and some woman who barely spoke English answered and took down my name and number but could not help otherwise.

I did get the car model I ordered without any further communication from Sanduco/toysandhobbies.com. I guess they are still in business and I am happy with my purchase. I just wish they had better communication with their customers."
