"The gentleman that I talked with in the parts department said if I ordered my part on line I would receive a discount and that it would be in the next day, which was fine because I had a service call just across the highway. When I get there it took a few minutes for someone to figure out what was going on. They told me that the person that ordered the online parts was on vacation and that he usually orders in the evening but the person filling in for him orders in the morning so my part would be ready Saturday. So I will need to pick it up when I’m scheduled in the area again so I don’t have to make a special trip. Though I am a little confused I thought online orders would be ordered directly through the computer and not need a middle man to place the order that I already ordered with a computer. "
