By Monday afternoon I had received NO confirmation email about my purchase, so I called Toyota Direct and was told that my part had to be ordered, they expected it would be in the next day, and they would email me to let me know. I had no more communication from them at all — no order confirmation, no notification about part arriving, nothing. On Thursday I called again and they said my order had accidentally been "archived" so no emails had been sent, but I could come pick up the part. A four-day wait was not what I was looking for when ordering from a local company. Big, big disappointment."
