"I ordered a rechargable battery pack. It was delivered promptly at a good price and reasonable shipping cost. The batteries were defective as received. I notified this vender by email with a description of my tests on the battery pack. I received a very prompt reply and they sent a replacement pack without requiring an RMA or return of the bad battery pack. This is more than I would expect. I strongly recommend this vender and would not hesitate to order my two way radios and anything else they carry in the future."
