sent back to fix as it still in warranty
62 days passed since they received the phone and nothing !
just wait

after 66 days you told me that i have to pay 80$ for the fix !
i didn't drop the phone and didn't do anything wrong
it just stopped working, defective parts
this should be covered by the warranty !

The customer service is quick and responsive. I'm not sure why some people are getting bad customer service but who knows...
The first phone was the Xiaomi mi4. Well packed, came on time.
The second phone was lenovo VibeShot. Came somewhat not suitable..maybe software problem. Sent the phone back to get a different phone. We will see how it goes.

"I recently bought the Elephone P7000 . I was told that the delivery would take between 7 an 15 business days. After 14 business days I was concerned so I emailed them to confirm that they had sent it as that would mean I would have to raise a dispute with Singapore post. It took 36 hours for them to get back to me in terrible broken English, half of the email didn't make sense but I was told to be patient. It finally arrived after 18 working days. I don't mind having to wait for a product but don't lie about your delivery dates. These phones cost alot of money so it is only natural to be concerned when it doesn't arrive and there has been no contact. The phone itself was perfect, exactly what I wanted at a good price, but, one of the plug adapters that they sent me was smashed and completely unusable. I already had a charger so I am not stuck but that is not the point. The way it was packaged meant that the damage could not have been done in transit so it seems they sent a faulty one to begin with. As I send the phone was perfect but the service and extras were not. You do get what you pay for so buy at your own risk. "

"Ordered phone on Sep 29th, it was dispatched the same day. Reasonable price cca $20 for DHL.
Delivered on Oct 2nd. The longest delay was with CZ customs. Anyway, no additional VAT was charged.
Phone corresponds to description and so far behaves well.
