"I ordered a replacement control board for my furnace, it worked for about 45 days after I had it installed. Called my HVAC guy back just to be told the part was not functioning. When I contacted thermostatsandfilters.com they said it was past 30 days so they weren't going to be able to help me at all. They're not willing to stand by their products, so I don't trust this company and won't do business with them in the future. I'll hunt around for someone else who carries the part (it was difficult to find anyone who sold this part) and stands by the products they sell, until then I'll get by with a space heater."
