"Absolutely horrible company! I ordered several memory foam pillows from thehipster through a coupon from Eversave. After several months of delays, thehipster canceled my order without notifying me. I got no reply from them when I sent them emails requesting the status of my order months after I had placed it. Only after I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau did they respond to my emails. They repeatedly promised a refund on specified dates but failed to provide the refunds. To date, I still have not received a refund from thehipster. One of the WORST companies I have dealt with."
