"Bought a pair of felt liners for my boots and they were the wrong size using their sizing chart. Now they want extra money (more for shipping than the liners cost) to exchange the liners. Seems pretty greedy - won't mind if it was a reasonable cost, but why gouge me for handling charges. Returning item without exchange - cut my losses."
