"Do not touch this company. They do not send the order, yet claim they resend (twice) claim they have refunded (several times) yet credit card doesn't reflect this.
Customer service lies to you, cannot escalate except through email. Surprise, surprise, emails never respond.
Cannot speak to supervisor or finance department and customer service is unable to assist
Purchased in June and never resolved. New year, chalk it up to bad experience and let go"
