"What an awful experience with this one. I needed a battery for my Olympus and I needed it yesterday, so rather than go to ebay and have one shipped from Hong Kong, I ordered it here. Not only did I receive the same old bait/switch line (and battery), the package took way too long for delivery. While waiting and waiting and ...I called and was told that "ooops, it appears that well it is not showing up, but we will send you a new one, not the exact battery you ordered, but one even better", and they were sending it that day. A few days later a battery arrived, generic and not worth $25, but I needed a battery. It does not hold a charge for more than a handful of photos. I called and emailed and have heard nothing in response. I have since seen this same batter for...are you sitting...$2.95. Never again. I have had noting but positive experience with purchasing all of my batteries online--until this one..Shop elewhere if you want what you need."

"This vendor is the most egregious, dishonest enterprise I have ever encountered. It is an overt, unscrupulous practitioner of bait and switch. Shortly after placing an order for a Canon LP-E6 battery, I received a phone call to exchange the item for an expensive generic brand because the original battery was not immediately available. This is despite the fact that they continue to advertise the Canon battery on their website for following weeks. When I pointed this inconsistency on my email, they did not even have the common courtesy of responding.
My advice is to stay away from this atrocious website.

After placing my order, I keep receiving e-mails and telephone calls asking me to call and confirm my order. I never have to do this with other online companies. I have e-mailed accessoryden.com twice informing them that I am only interested in the product that I ordered and if they do not have the product to cancel my order. After reading all the negative reviews I am convinced that accessoryden.com does not have the item that I order and probably never had it in the first place. The old bait and switch still exists!"
"The item #158198 purchased on 12/31/09 is defective. Mounting the battery to the charger requires some push to engage the battery to the charger contacts. The LED light does not flash or light up after the battery metal contact is aligned with the contacts on the charger. Upon further examination of the Nikon battery charger (serial #81187919), notice the printing on the back have spelling errors ('instructon' should be spelled 'instruction'). The original battery charger that came with the Nikon D90 camera showed differences in quality (plastic opening for the 3 contacts are not smooth) and the wordings on the unit does not match with the original unit. Checked with Ritz camera shop and they had questioned whether this item is genuine. Called Nikon Customer Service Technical Support ***-***-****#3) and they said it should have come in a box and the face of the charger should have MH-18a written on it. The cord that came with it does not match the original.
This item is not only defective but I am not satisfied with the outcome of this purchase
and would like a refund back to my credit card. I do not wish an exchange or store credit. As I have mentioned, the item did not come in a box or a sealed package. I should get back the postage and insurance for mailing the item and the additional cost should be credited to my American express credit card. I do not want my mailing cost or insurance credited for future purchases.

"This is a bait and switch operation. I ordered a SB-400 for my Nikon. About 30 minutes after I received an order confirmation, I got a call from some "sales person" telling me my credit card did not go through because the security code was incorrect. I asked him what code he had and he gave me a 4 digit number that was one off. I believe it was a ruse to call. He asked me why I ordered that flash and told me it wouldn't work with a digital camera. I told him it would. Then he attempted to sell me a battery charger! On December 7 at 8:30 pm, I received a call from them stating that they did not have the sb-400 in stock and was on backorder, but wanted to replace it with a Bower Zoom TTL Flash Gun for Nikon. After a few minutes of a "hard sell", I foolishly agreed. I went on line to check the item, and it is not even close to what the SB-400 offers. Refresh time went from 3.1 seconds on the SB-400 to 7.1 on the Bower! I should have canceled the order--don't believe these guys, this is a scam operation!"
"I ordered and submitted payment online on 11/11/09 for a Nikon SB-400 flash ($90). I received a call from a guy with a strong NY accent, telling me that I should not get this flash, but to get a DIGITAL one. He recommended an off-brand that was $35 more, but MUCH better. I reviewed the model as he was on the phone to see that it sells for about $50 and told him so. He then checked the model number again and said he had made a mistake, howver the new model number was still selling for about $70. His website had it listed at over $200, but he was cutting me a deal at $125. When I told him to stick with my original order, he said he would order it, but it would take 5-6 weeks. I cancelled and he seemed a little too willing to allow me to at this point, as he realized I was NOT going for the crappy replacement. You really cannot get a new Nikon SB-400 for less than $110, so I should have realized. There are probably many poor buyers fooled by this scam! Shame."

Advertise incredibly low price on a Brand item, then when you order, an obvious scam artisit calls you back and tries to cross sell you to inferior product, saying other is "not in stock" and will take weeks or months. This is pure deceptive advertising, old style con artists."
"Advertised a low price on Canon BP511A battery. Not super low, just $6 less than others. But since I needed 2, I wanted to save the $12. Got a call today to confirm my zipcode. What a line of bull. Typical bait and switch scumbags. Tried to sell me a higher capacity knock-off battery. When I said no, he wanted to know why. I'll cancel and pay the extra $12 to others rather than send these bottom feeders a dime.
Update: Mar 11, 2010. Vendor told Reseller Ratings that they had no record of my transaction. Typical behavior: wait six months then claim ignorance. I'll email a copy of my charge statement. It's worth it, to make sure my feedback sticks."
"I ordered a Kodak KLIC-8500-C rechargable lithium-ion battery and charger on 8/22/09, and received a phone call two days later telling me that they are receiving complaints from customers buying this item. I was told that the complaints were that the battery only lasts 5-10 minutes. Since I have another one of these batteries I knew that something was fishy, and they confirmed it when they tried real hard to get me to step up to a no name similar battery + charger. I told them I'm ok with my original purchase, and that I didn't want to change my mind at which point they said fine it's on the way. Today 8/28/09 I received an email that my order was cancelled with no explanation.
