"I placed an order with them on Jan 23. A less expensive pair of similar glasses arrived a week later (Jan 30). I immediately contacted them, they admitted it was their mistake. I sent the cheaper glasses back to them the very next day (Jan 31). Despite the guarantee on their website of responding to email inquires w/in 24 hours, they took two days to respond to my request for a tacking number of the correct pair. Initially I was told the correct pair had been shipped. I requested a tracking number yet AGAIN, and was then told that the right pair would ship on Monday (Feb 6). Since they've lied to me both in claims on their website and directly in emails to me, I can't rely on their promise to ship on Mon.

These guys tried to pass off a cheaper pair as the pair I ordered.

They led me to believe the right pair would be sent Jan 31 (but actually sent them Feb 6).

They lied during the order process when they said the pair I ordered was in stock.

They lied about responding to emails within 24 hours.

If you don't like waiting 20 days to receive your order, you may not want to use them.

If you enjoy doing business with liars which try to rip you off, this is a great place to buy your sunglasses. I you have even a semblance of self-respect and don't appreciate being treated like an idiot, you may want to use their competitors."
