"Absolute junk and horrible customer service. Do not waste your time dealing with this company. They're "Felxi Rig" system broke within 2 days and they refused to give me a full refund. I since found out that The Cinecity made a cheap knock off from a US company who developed the camera rig called Ready Rig. I since bought the legitimate Ready Rig and couldn't be more happy with the quality and customer service. Well worth the extra money. These Cinecity guys are just a bunch of crooks. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT BUY from these clowns. "

Both are good quality, best is the price very cheap.
