"Never ever again. Pretty website, but this is some kind of part time job for this one person operation. I ordered 2 doors on November 4 through the website and the problems began. Website has lots of technical problems and glitches. I am leaving the country in two days for a month with no garage doors and no response for the Company. I have been in contact with the manufacturer Amarr doors. I am coming to the realization that Amarr is the problem......I am shocked they are still in business, they can't even get their phone system fixed......oh "it has been broken a while." Doors promised 12/11 oops they were delivered to Lubbock instead of Abilene. Then the lies and stalling began anew. Be there Thursday morning 12/17. Oops we didn't receive all the part we need to install....Amarr didn't send so we can't be there until next Tuesday. I have asked for a complete refund and have begun legal action. Luckily even though I am out of the country leaving with no garage doors, I have internet."

"After 6 months of calling owner has yet to issue a refund to me for a miss-shipped door. Amarr has even given them a credit and big door will still not issue credit to me. Company will not return messages. Customer service agent admitted The Big Door recieved credit from Amarr."
