"I was signed up for Thawte SSL123 Certificate (2 years). I had several issue with this company.
1. This is twice expensive service than competitors.
2. In a few weeks later my host provider (ASPwebhosting) was out of business. I notified the Thawte about it and requested certificate transfer to a new host provider but they are not offering this service. They advised to cancel existing service and sign up for a new one.
3. I cancelled my existing service with Thawte and received cancellation email. The refund still not applied to my credit card (it is over one month now). I contacted Thawte several times but didn’t get any respond. I contacted my credit card to get refund from them."
