"Like a few of the other complaining customers, I ordered a book and wasn't notified until 4 days later that the book wasn't in stock. Either they list books in the hopes they can buy them cheaper from other vendors, or they're using their website as a scam to collect credit card numbers. Either way Google Shopping shouldn't list them."

"This books seller cannot be relied. I think this seller should be taken off the market. They got all my information, sat on my order and after several days sent an email that they do not have the book in stock. It appears that this is happened to many of the customers based (on the the reviews). I would not recommend this seller to anyone."

"I normally do not write reviews, but this one is so bad that I gotta say something about it. I ordered a book on Thursday 1am, and got an email from them the next Monday morning @ 9am saying they are out of stock and have to cancel my order.

What kind of company is this? That they don't keep the inventory up-to-date?
Holding my order for 4 days, and then sent me an email telling me its outta stock. Great! Now I'm probably gonna miss couple assignments if I can't find someone to share the book with.

The last thing, when the seller's selling something that they don't have, yet still took all the information from the buyer (name, address, credit card#, etc). Don't we call that scam??
Their website should be taken off from the google market!

"Worst experience I've ever had with a seller. I ordered a textbook and had to contact them when it was taking a while to show up. They had taken my order and failed to tell me that it was never in stock! When I asked why this was the case, I received this exact reply:

"There's no cheap version for this book in the market anymore. Don't bother trying looking for it. Get it off amazon."

They were very unprofessional and the whole experience was more than frustrating.

"Textbookw is terrible. I agree about the customer service in the last review. Although I got a response within hours for my first inquiry, it seemed like they had no idea what was going on. I sent my order number asking for shipping information and they asked what book I ordered.
I sent the information for the book and they told me they didn't have it in stock. No other information, just that 'it's not in stock.' How can I place an order for an item you don't have?!

Their cancellation policy says they will charge $25 for handling if you cancel your order. I informed my bank to dispute the charge if it goes through (because really, how can you handle a book you don't have?)

They are also super shifty. None of their business information is available online. They registered their website through a proxy service. Absolutely will never do business with them again.

"This is the WORST WORST WORST book seller, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They don't exchange or return if you get the wrong book because they made a mess, and you cannot get the money back. I ordered book and they send me the wrong item. They don't have contact info online, all I can do is leave a message on their page, and they never reply me if I told them I have to exchange the book. The thing drive me crazy is they do reply me if I have general questions though, with very impolite tone and unprofessional writing method. You cannot talk to anyone, there is no Phone No. and you cannot do anything cause they are in HongKong. DON'T BUY BOOK FROM HERE!!!!!!"
