"Ordered a new DeWalt D21002 drill,shipped USPS.The item came UPS shipped in its original flimsy box and looked like it got hit by a train.No additional packing was use.Opening the box I saw a filthy drill that looked like it was handled by someone that had just rebuilt a car engine.
There were many gouges in the power cord from the chuck hitting it and in the casing as well.This is a new drill lulz?It seems this is a profit driven vendor that ships the cheapest way possible on their terms and not what you request on the order form.No packing materials and passing off refurbed junk as new one would be well advised to steer far away for these Texas fambillies."
