I ordered the printer late yesterday afternoon and it arrived by early morning. "Avoid this company at all costs! Sorry to leave a bad review, I rarely do, but the treatment from this company forced me to. I placed the order for a tv, they took the money, marked as dispatched, then as delivered. I searched high and low, checked with neighbours, and there was no tv. Called the office, they said that it has been dispatched, could I check, they would also check. Had no reply! Called again, they mentioned they would check with the warehouse. No reply! Yes pattern developing. Called again, to be told it hadn't been sent, and they had no tvs, no apology! Took ages for a refund as well. So please avoid, bad service, bad communication, bad all over. Sorry, but it's the way it is."
"Ordered a rucksack and paid for courier. Hasn't arrived after 2 weeks. Told by them the courier had not scanned it so they didn't know where it was. Has not been replaced and no offer of a refund. Emails are automated acknowledgements. You'll pay slightly more elsewhere but you will get your goods. Avoid."

We waited 3 weeks but there was no update, we then emailed to ask for an update on our purchase. We then got an automated response saying the order was now cancelled because more than a month had elapsed."

"I ordered 3 iphone lighting cables from this company and over a month later I'm am still waiting for them, the delivery date I received was 3-5 days. After 2 weeks I sent Tekshop247 an email as they are unavailable to talk to per telephone, asking for information regarding my order and they replied stating the items had just come into stock and I would receive them the following Monday, that was over a month ago. Now when I email them all I receive is a ticket number. I would not recommend ordering from this company. "
"I ordered a pioneer docking station for my Ipod (as they had 1 left in stock) only to receive an e-mail the following day to say they had no stock (or rather they did have 1 available but I was second in the queue!). They stated they had no alternative to offer me, even though the same item was available in a different colour? Really bad service and really poor attitude to thier customers. If this website advertises a good deal, be wary and ensure before ordering they have sufficient stock to avoid disappointment. My advice, shop elsewhere."
