"I purchased a Motorola 2.5mm to 3.5mm Stereo Adapter from this vendor. The website stated that it worked with the Blackberry 8100 pearl, yet when I received the product it did not work. I emailed the company to return the defective product for a refund, but never heard back from then, even after I sent a follow-up response. Lousy customer service, and misrepresentation of their products. Buy somewhere else!"
