"2 months ago I ordered 3 dresses. 2 weeks later I received 1 dress which was of poor quality so I sent them an email straight away in the same day that I would like to return this dress.
The 2nd parcel with the other 2 dresses never arrived.
I sent so many emails regarding both matters and I got only a few very unsatisfying answers. Never with either the return address not with any information about the second parcel.
Almost two months later, I still have the first dress here as they are not providing the return address and also saying I can’t return it as it is more then 7 days after the arrival of the dress! The customer service is the worst I ever imagined.
I paid over 300$ for those dresses and it looks like they ripped me off and I won’t see the money again nor the other two dresses!

"BE AWARE! I order a wedding dress that I never got. A few days before the wedding they send an email offering me a $10 USD discount if I waited 10 more days. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????? Getting the dress after the wedding is useless. I requested a refund and they won't answer my messages, emails, calls. They're live chat doesn't work either. DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY!!! Do not order from this page unless you want to waist your money and go through the same pain as me. Finding a wedding dress within a week of the wedding is almost impossible :("
"I had to go to Instagram to get answers ,this people won't respond I had to postpone my wedding cause the dress hasn't arrived ordered in January ,and Feb is about to end this is a scam if you order you won't have any response ,but go on Instagram for sure they will answer you cause the know about the bad reputation"

"This company doesn't stand by the product and quality they sell! Its a scam! The dress smells horrific (has nothing to do with shipping because I received another dress that didn't smell), quality of material is terrible, the proportions of the dress are NOT cut to size and it has nothing to do with anything other than a dress that was NOT made properly. Another dress I purchased (same size) fit fine!!!!
I paid over $100 USD for this dress and shame on this company to offering me 30$ USD to keep the garbage they sent me or to return it for a refund of 60$ USD and its going to cost me more than that to ship it back so they can scam someone else! Lets not forget the other option they offered me of 50 % percent off another purchase or reorder another size. What part of you selling very low quality apparel doesn't the company understand. I emailed, messaged on facebook, and sent them a live chat. All that for them to tell me that I would only get a 10% refund on their mistake. SCAM company."

"If I could give no stars, I would! I ordered two items. 3 weeks after ordering I received an email stating they shipped. FROM CHINA. I kept checking my mail, the package never came. I emailed their customer service and they replied quickly stating it was delivered and to check with my neighbors. Obviously I did but no one saw it. "I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM TBDRESS AGAIN!!!! The dress that i did get was a beautiful bridesmaid dress ($125.99), however it was too small! The sizing was wayyyyyyyy off!! Long story short, i was told to pay ANOTHER $25 re-send fee and i had to pay almost $50 to ship it back...beings the wedding was within the 30 day mark by this time, they still hadnt received the dress back yet. I was told that i can purchase another dress with a 30% discount and when they received my dress back i would get a full refund. I was assured by 2 different people before i made the purchase that i would get the refund. So i received the second dress that was wayyyy too big...smh (i only went one size up) I had to pay a seamtress $25 to take it in for me. A few days later i received a email from them stating they received the dress but it was damaged and i can only get a 30% refund!! I asked them for pictures of the damages, then they said it had a smell so they had to throw it away!! A smell?? really??? Mind you the dress was way too small for me to even wear and on top of that i sent it back in the same bag the sent it to me in and i decided to put in it a box...so there is no way it could've been damaged!!! I filed a claim with paypal to try and get my money back.
So now they are trying to say they gave me a 30% refund back already!! But that was the discount i was offered for buying the second dress!! smh I been going back and forth with these people for almost 2 weeks!! I've spent $365.00 so far and im not happy!!!

"Don't waste your money! I custom ordered a $135 dress from this website to wear to my best friend's wedding as her maid of honor. Not only the dress was delivered later than the stated date, the dress was 2-3 sizes bigger than my custom measurements I had entered when purchasing it. I requested a return address and a full refund. They said I cannot return the dress because it was custom made for my measurements. I argued that these were not my measurements. They requested pictures with my measurements and measurements of the dress and I sent it. The measurements were 5-6 inches bigger than my size. I explained that the item was faulty. The size was completely off, and I have no use for the dress, as it was not as described, and does not fit its purpose. They offered me $50 credit to make alterations. I spoke to my seamstress and she said that the dress is so big that adjustments were unattainable. Now I am stuck with the dress with no use for it."
