"ITEM NEVER DELIVERED - SENT FAKE CONFIRMATION INFO
You never receive an order confirmation after placing the order but the money is charged to your Credit card. They will initially send you a response to your email with FAKE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER FROM CHINA to US. This number cannot be tracked. When you ask them to confirm the number and address shipped to, they do not respond. Should be Negative stars...
RETAIL CLOTHING STORE ....****@**** is the email address used to respond to questions. Email shown on website is ****@**** which is also used for a different website SHOESPIE.com (can only assume this is a SCAM as well)

It's their fault my dress is not going to be here in time for my wedding and they are only offering 50% back and I have asked for a refund multiple times and they have still not initiated a refund. "This company is a complete scam. I paid 100 dollars for a dress that looked nothing like the picture. I sent the pictures to them showing them this was nothing like the picture. They then say they can give me 5 dollars off. I decline and they refuse to give me my money back even if I sent the hideous dress back. They then call and harass me for weeks asking me to take my bad review down and they will fully refund me. Strange it took for me to bring their fraudulent activity to light for them to give me a resolution. Guess what? I still have yet to receive that refund 3 weeks later. Never shop with tbdress unless you want to be scammed. The dress they showed had tassels the one I received looked like pure garbage and didn’t have 1 tassel or crystals as advertised. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!"

I spent $100 on a jacket and when I’ve tried to speak via email with tbdress they give me the run around. I had to file a dispute which who knows how long this process will take to get my money back! "If I could give this company -100 stars, I would. Like an idiot, I placed an order with them, then changed my mind 2 hours later. It's been 3 days now and they still haven't cancelled my order. They're now saying: 'Currently it has been processed, so if you cancel it now, the labor fee and material cost has to be deducted according to our cancellation policy , so you can only get $150 the most refund.'

"have never in my life been so disrespected by a company in all my life!!! one, they never sent the item I paid for, just kept giving me the run around, after over 45 days and then the rep who calls himself "Bobby", ph# ***-***-****, called me all kinds of racial slurs (a black **** and n$%!$$) because I told the representative that I didn't have Google Chrome for him to send me a refund form! I am appalled!! I had to call my Bank, to dispute the charge in order to be refunded my money!! And, I will be reporting this business to the BBB."
"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! It takes forever to get the item, No paperwork arrives with the garment so you have to search for how to return. Turns out you have to open a dispute and request a return. I requested a return on day 7 and they refused it because they say 7 days had passed, contrary to their return policy. After about 5 attempts to argue my case to an illiterate person I gave up. Very poor customer service!!!!!!

"This company makes clothes that are completely off in size. By the time the item arrived in the US from China, they said it was too late to return. I then canceled the remaining order, and have spent over a year trying to get my refund. The claim that they are unable to transfer to my PayPal account, which is not true. Do not be fooled! I bought a dress for my daughter's 15 birthday for $244.82 (Strapless Sequins Beading Lace-Up Quinceanera Dress) and I feel that I wasted my money. I received another dress color, and the quality of material is terrible, the dress is falling apart, a half of the sequins were lost only by looking at them, and inclusive the proportions of the dress are wrong and completely different than they pictured. Is definitely an inferior product. TBDRESS it is a complete SCAM! I tried to talk with they calling at China (in different hours, including at dawn) a their phone number in they webpage, and the number is permanently busy. I wrote several times by email and never received solutions, the communication is CERO. I lost my money but I don't want that you has a similar experience, so please DON'T Do business with TBDRESS."
"I was trying to find a mother of the groom dress and ordered two dresses from TBDress. Nowhere on the website do they say that the dresses are made to order and will take 6-8 weeks to receive. The return policy is not listed for wedding event dresses. The dresses eventually came but by the time they came I had found another dress. I can usually fit into 14W but the waist on these dresses was too tight by over an inch. I contacted them to return the dresses. First they tried to get me to have the dresses altered, then buy another one a different size at a 30% discount. The final option was a 50% refund of $113 for both dresses because they needed to deduct "labor, material, shipping costs." The return address is in China and the cheapest postage was $67. With no assurance that they would actually refund me, I elected to not sink in another $67. I'll give them to charity when Covid is over. Very dodgy outfit."
