"I'm a current Tawkify customer. My matchmaker continues to bring me out on dates to places that I cannot eat/drink with my dietary restrictions. In order to ask her a quick question, I have to make an appointment several days in advance. It feels that she curates my dates to the other person’s tastes and not mine. My dates usually know much more about me than I do about them. She also contacts them directly after my dates and waits a week to talk to me about how it went. My latest discussion with her, she didn’t even tell me if my date liked me or not. I had to ask her myself. The ONLY feedback she gave me from my date is that there was no chemistry. I really wish this service would take the time to know me, like it apparently has for so many other people giving reviews. "
