"I had cancelled an order just as they sent an email stating the the lens would not be covered by Nikon and the package would come unsealed. Then i read their reviews they were terrible now i will explain my issue.
Thankfully i paid via Paypal as they are now refusing to issue the refund unless i close the case with Paypal how cunning is that. Elaine promised the refund and now is refusing. When i eventually get my funds back i will use E-Infinity Online Camera Store to get the lens if you want an easy transaction buy from E-Infinity.
T-Dimenision could learn from them how to treat customers. This is a scam company that's happy to take your money and attempt to keep it disgusting people. "

However, the return was not handled correctly. They asked for some troubleshooting, which I understand. User mistakes cause a lot of unnecessary returns. In this case I was asked to do some resets, make a video. Then more resets. And so on.
Eventually it took an escalation through PayPal to get them to take the watch back.

"I purchased two new Xeen lenses from T-Dimension for approximately $3200. I was told that the lenses weren't in stock and that it would take 2-3 weeks to fill the order. After holding off production of my film in order to let the lenses ship, they abruptly told me that they were no longer able to dropship the lenses from their manufacturer at the price agreed upon. They offered no purchase alternatives and bought Xeen cinema lenses that I can't use now. Strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're looking for a legitimate seller of camera equipment."
