"BEWARE: Take extreme caution and do not purchase from Swetelove Jewelry. Their customer service department is horrible, they will occasionally respond to you as a means to delay any real and reasonable resolution to concerns or quality issues. I have had a terrible experience with them and because they are located in China you are powerless to have them be accountable to resolve any issues you many have with your purchase. There is to much detail to summarize my experience but I have contacted my credit card company, a US Federal Department, and I'm writing this review as my means to alert you, the consumer, to stay away from Swetelove Jewelry. I have offered them time and suggested resolution to my issue with them and they have not responded to me since my suggestion of resolution. I also told them the steps I would take if I did not hear back from them - so this review and my further actions will not be a surprise to them.

"The reason for 1 star is so I could leave a review. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!! They say they offer 30-day returns and you have to contact them to return items, it's a BALDFACE LIE!!! I've contacted them 8 different times and NO ONE GOT BACK TO ME ABOUT THEIR JUNK JEWELRY!!! It wasn't until I contacted PayPal (thank God I used them) that they got back to me and didn't send me any info on how to return, just kept prolonging the contact. They lie about the item descriptions, about carat weight, about quality, etc. It's a scam, 1 of the biggest! I just had to pay $75 to ship the junk back and the only way I got the address was thru PayPal! Please, please save yourself headaches and your hard-earned money and DONT PURCHASE A THING FROM SWETELOVE, you will be sorry, I guarantee it!!!"

"Unfortunately my experience wasn't a happy one. I saw this ring on Facebook and looked at the item for days before I order it. It took over a month to receive but I finally did. The stone is a lab created diamond, but the emerald cut stone had NO flash or sparkle to it, it looks like a piece of glass. Also, the stone was much smaller that it looked like from the graphic for the add. The mounting was nice, but there is no way the stone gets any light to reflect any color. I do not think the stone was of high quality as stated. I contacted the vendor, Swetelove Jewelers, right after I opened the box and had looked at the ring under several types of light, even Halogen light, but still no life to the stone. They said to "take a picture of the ring and send it to them BEFORE they would grant return of the ring for refund". I don't have a cellphone or camera so I tried to tell them I couldn't do that. They were NOT helpful at all!!! They could have taken it back and seen for themselves that the stone was inferior. Instead, they said "This one is not as sparkling as others from the design"!!! Well, "duh" change the design! NOT HAPPY AT AL ABOUT THIS, I ordered 2 other rings from them at the same time, the "Ruby and emerald cut ring" and the "Men's yellow stone ring". The latter one is gorgeous but was smaller than shown on the graphic. I haven't received the ruby ring yet If you are looking for flash, sparkle, and a gorgeous stone, pass on this one!!! If the stone had been "radiant cut" instead of step cut, it would have been much more beautiful! Inferior quality in the stone and the price is the result in my negative review!
