"I ordered a pair of Etnia Barcelona glasses. They were $179. I received a conformation email stating that I would receive an email in 3-5 days confirming shipment. No email came. I called the company a week after and they said it wasn't in stock but it would be shipped by Friday. No word by Friday. Called the company back, and the phone number had been disconnected. Emailed twice and never received a response. Finally called a 5th time and received a customer service rep who told me it would be another week before they received it. I cancelled my order. Very sketchy company. "

"Found these frames on another site for 155.55 so I submitted the website for the price match guarantee. I got an email in return saying that they wouldn't match the price even though they have a price match guarantee. They said that the 155 price was too close to the wholesale price they pay for the frames. So basically, they lie. They tell you they'll price match until there's not enough meat on the bone for them! Liars."

"From the beginning, I felt like I was dealing with amateurs. If someone pays for 2 day shipping or overnight you would think that they would be in somewhat of a hurry to ship. On the first order they kept calling me days later saying we are out of this model or that model, when email would have been better so I could see the style they were missing. They had about half of the glasses I tried to order. I was trying several to see what looked best since they said they a no hassle return policy. Well that's when things got really bad, when I tried to return the reject pairs. They still owed me over $500, insisted they didn't, laughed at me for buying all the pairs to try on, just so rude. I had to prove my case with receipts and finally they conceded they owed me the money with no apologies and waited 5 days to refund me the money when they could have done it right away.

"I ordered Lacoste L2100 frames at iSunglasses.com. They have half image on their site but the product I received is what I was looking for. Actually I saw this at local shop last week but when I went two days before to buy it was not in stock. Then I searched in google and found iSungalsses.com selling it. There are other websites selling the same model but the price they offer is very competible."
