"I ordered from them through their Stumps Party online store for a couple of years as they carried a specific resin place card holder frame that I sold in my business. Their price couldn't be beat and my orders were fulfilled correctly. Their product allowed me to make significant income in my business. I now use a similar product from another supplier. I was sorry to see they closed.

I never received and confirmation email that my order was shipped. Here it is homecoming day and still no crowns or sashes for the winners of the court. "Horrible! If I could give a zero rating, I would. I placed an order in March for our prom which was in mid-April. It is now almost May and I still have not received the product. I have emailed three times - no response. I have called and sat on hold for hours for one of their "amazing" customer service representatives. I don't think they exist. No one ever answered the phone.

"We ordered 30" cardboard dice, which already have a perforated crease every 30" in order to fold them and form a square. But instead of folding these on that crease for shipping, the sections of cardboard were folded 4", 6", or 12" from each existing crease, which means there is an extra crease on EVERY side of each dice. This really takes away from what otherwise would have been a fine product; it looks very sloppy and seems extremely ill-thought out. There was also a "rush" shipping amount of $300 added; the items were needed one week after ordering, and were only being shipped from South Whitley, IN, to Fort Wayne, IN, so that amount seems quite excessive. At least for that amount, we should have been able to expect the items packed in boxes that fit them properly. "

"they have all kinds of cool stuff, and I bought 2 metal balloon arches, the description said it was 9ft high,9 ft wide and 1 ft wide, but the picture had a bunch of balloons on it so you can't see the frame. when I got the frames I noticed right away it was not 1ft wide but a single bar with many attachments to make one single piece,and 2 heavy weights...I thought I'd assemble it anyway to make sure it was one foot wide...the skimpy flimsy tiny legs are worthless,they can't support the weight of the frame and the frame is not 1 ft wide at all! is only a bunch a pieces that you put together to make one single bar. I called customer service to complain about the false advertisement,and they said I had to pay the return shipping if I wanted my money back, I told them they should pay it not me,since they misled me,they said they can't ,I said the boxes are too heavy and shipping would be expensive.
I won't buy anything from them again. If that was my mistake then I'd understand to pay but not if they false advertise.
I will most likely sell them on a yard sale."
