I traveled fron another state, paid for hotels and booked activities with other concert goers. Owner was too busy to attend to the situation because he was at a bbq. When he finally responded, he offered a partial refund to provide row 30 seats instead of row 8 seats purchased in advance. Never use this company!!!"

We were able to get someone on the phone 1 time and they were going to check on things and return our call in about an hour. Well it's been 5 days, the concert has already passed, and we haven't heard from anyone. We keep tryin to call be never get a person. It always send us to an after hours voicemail. Even during business hours. I would definitely recommend buying from another company!! "

The worst ticket reseller I've ever used. I could not get in the stadium with their ticket. Eventually, I managed to get in by explaining the circumstances to the stadium staff but I missed the first quarter of the game. I saw that other three people complained that they were also unable to get in by Stubdepot's ticket. I asked them to refund but their response was awful and have never got a refund."
