"I have now ordered from Stretch House online a few times. I'm so very happy I found this website! As I sew mostly with knit apparel fabrics, this place is a score for me!! On top of having some of my favorite fabrics, their prices are awesome for the quality I received! Their nylon/spandex matte is so great for workout or even everyday leggings! Feels very similar- if not the same- to the very high end name brand nylon/spandex athletic fabrics at my local stores that cost much more!

I have received orders as quick as one day after ordering!(though, I do live only 4-5 hours away from the store). Just to give an idea of the great customer service I recieved- I had placed an order on Tuesday morning, then later that day I realized that I forgot to order another fabric I needed. So I placed a 2nd order, knowing full well that I'd have to pay for shipping twice. But it was my own fault for forgetting to add it before I checked out. The next day, I checked my account and noticed the last order was cancelled. I then called the # on their website and a really nice guy actually knew exactly who I was as he recognized the cancelled order I mentioned and explained that he happened to catch the 2 orders going to the same place so he cancelled one and added the item to my 1st order! He said he didn't want me to have to pay shipping twice! I was so phsyced! He didn't have to do that, but I'm so happy he did! L

And now they have a new customer for life! I will always go here first for all of my fabric needs. I highly recommend this store."
