Move to another store - or another brand. Other companies are doing a better job.
Currently Sony is not the best on the market. Poor business management."

"Sonystyle is a website which used to be a heck of a lot better. a couple years ago they redesigned it and took it to be a lot less useful but more snazzy at the same time.

Now, harder to find products and none of the ES products, it is hardly a reference site for all things sony."
