Got two 3rd brake lights that dont work

"I bought a 3rd brake light from spyder through CarID.com and when it got here it got here the cargo box lights didnt work So I went to carID to get a replacement and it took about two weeks and a bad rating before I got a replacement. I thought everything was going to be okay but the second one arrives and it had the same issue. I thought maybe my cargo lights didnt work so I put my stock one back on and the cargo lights worked. Spyder claims "Every Spyder light undergoes a rigorous testing and quality control process before it leaves the factory. All wiring is tested to make sure the light is completely functional, and the housing is sealed with high quality silicone to ensure that no moisture can become trapped inside." That came directly from CarID.com. That is a very untrue statement. That was all about a month ago and I did another claim I sent a video and did everything they said to do. I havent heard from Spyder or CarID since, remember that this a month ago. Both Spyder and CarID have been terrible with their customer service and products. I do not recommend buying from either company. Spyder has lied about their testing policy. If I could rate lower than one star I would."
