"I would give this business a negative star rating if I could - they advertise very low prices to unlock Sprint iPhones. Once you contact them they will promptly tell you that the "IMEI is bad and so you have to upgrade to the Bad IMEI service" which incidentally costs 4x. I was a customer in good standing and left Sprint as such - I also got the MSL from Sprint - which they would not have provided if my IMEI was bad. When I checked my IMEI the CSR said that it was not carrier specific - after I rechecked with Sprint - the CSR resorted to name calling and insults - but would not acknowledge their error - this business is a scam - stay away from them! "
