"I placed an order on-line, received an order confirmation email and that was the last contact I had with them. No parts were delivered. They would not return phone calls or acknowledge repeated emails. I finally got my credit card company to refund order amount. Also reported them to the BBB that covers that area for what it is worth. I would never consider ordering from them again. I think Sprinter Filters is also DBA OEMEURO.com also, so buyer beware.
