"I want to let everyone know soultanicals is a long shipping but expensive. They said they are based in United States, but it took 2-3 weeks to get it deliveryed. They are always advertising something promising abt hair care and said they would do best because want please customers but it still is the SAME LONG SHIPPING , sometimes she gives out discounts or gifts to ppl who are not satisfed. I waited abt 2-3 weeks , I was not satisfed because packaging came in look awful and torn with products melted. She didn't even give me anything in return ...smh. it is $6 shipping fee , wow. it aint worth, i know a lot companies that less shipping fee and ship faster. i get better shipping and product in packaging from Hong Kong , comparing to Soultanicals's shipping process. Hong Kong shipped faster "
