"I ordered a dress in June on the 4th or 5th and on the 14th it was updated. Since then I did not receive the item or a refund. After the first message I got a response that they will follow up with the exact location of the item, however there was no other reply and the following messages were left unanswered. It has almost been a year and there is still no implication from the company regarding this. "

"On January 17th I placed an order for the red Vicki dress they have listed online. I paid express shipping and was expecting to have the dress within a couple of business days. After about 2 weeks I got in touch with someone named Jene and she told me they would refund me for the express shipping and the dress was already in transit so they couldn't cancel the order. It has been close to a month and I have not received the dress still or the refund for the express shipping. Also all the models on the website are different so clearly they are using other pictures from other websites and businesses. BIG RED FLAG I SHOULD HAVE PAYED ATTENTION TOO!"
