"My last two orders have multiple issues. The first order had the wrong item. The second order, I had to call to see when it would arrive. They stated that the order was out of stock. They sent the other item I had ordered. A few days later, I received 1 item of 2. I have left a message and I still have not heard back. I am still waiting for this product.
If they would have communicated that the order would be delayed, I would be fine with it. The lack of communication indicates that the company does not seem to care about their customers.
I will not be ordering from them again.
EDIT: Sleeplay did call me and stated that they will be sending my filter. They did apology for their error and compensated me with a gift card to use on their website. I will updated this review after my next order."
"Product is way too small, and there is a no return policy. In the future I will go with whoever my insurance pays for."

"I had an issue with the delivery not arriving on time. I emailed them explaining everything, but there was zero attention or willingness to assist me. They didn't propose any solution or provide reassurance that the shipping problem and delay, which wasn't my fault, would be resolved. Different people were responding to the emails, and each time, the treatment was different. Finally, a girl was very attentive and helpful because in previous communications, the person responding made me feel like I was the one at fault when that wasn't the case"
