HORRIBLE Customer Service

Sirius XM was offering $60 for 12 mos of service, however, the company will not process the offer without being able to establish recurring charges.

After spending more than 45 minutes with customer support they were unwilling/unable to resolve the matter.

Sirius XM is more interested in obtaining multiple forms of payment information than providing potential customers with services related to what is being offered.

Talked to THREE different Sirius representatives who had to verify my identity before speaking with me about a radio that they had on file in my name.

THE WORST customer service on the planet.

Not worth the $$$ for Sirius XM. Spotify and Tune-In apps are much easier and less stressful.

It explains why every new car owner I have spoken to over the last 2 years has given nightmare stories about Sirius XM and the billing hassles and threats to coerce more money from customers.

"THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PAYMENT INFO. Be careful. They offer one thing and after you put your payment info and go to next page the price increase and says after the promotion they will automatically withdraw from your account the regular price. You wont be able to cancel the payment. even if you click cancel or close the page they already got your payment info from previous page and they will charge you anyway. It will take you several calls, several days to have that cancel and get the refund. "

"BUYER BEWARE! Before purchasing a subscription to Sirius XM, you may want to head over to bbb.org and checkout the number of complaints they have against them in addition to the 3.8 million dollar class action settlement that the federal government brought against this company. Too bad they are currently only XM provider in the US. "
