"I should have read the other reviews before, because then I would have known, that this company does not care about delivery times. I am now waiting since over 2 weeks for my shipment, and as off today, I don’t even have a delivery date any longer. It was scheduled and paid for to be delivered a week ago. After not receiving it last week, I wrote an email to support, but no response. I then got a new delivery date, but that was canceled as well. Wrote another email to them, and still no response. To me this sounds like fraudulent behavior or at least total ignorance towards customer. It was a birthday present, and I asked them if they are out of stock the should tell me, and I substitute, but nothing. Never again, and I even will cancel this order. They accept your money (and they are pricey), but after that, they are done with you."
"Love my new trash can but: the HUGE amount of packaging is ridiculous!! The trash can came in a box, which was then boxed in another, larger box with packaging and THAT box was boxed in yet ANOTHER LARGER BOX!! By the time I dug down to the trash can: there was enough packaging and boxes for 6(!!) cans. A ridiculous amount of wastage!"

"This is a beautiful, solidly constructed, functional trash can. I have bought 7 over the last year, and couldn't rave about it enough. I bought them both for work and home use. None have given me any trouble, though they are heavily used. They are constantly admired by all who see, and use it. It's extremely durable - it's been kicked, and generally abused; and yet has shown no wear. It will hold lots of trash, and of course. Expensive, but well worth its price.
