"I received the V Clean Spot and paid over $20 for it because it was advertised to clean better than other cleaners. However, after I mixed it (as directed), I tested to solution on a spot that was not terribly dirty. Well, I might as well have used plain water because that's how the product clean or didn't clean. I wrote to the company several times to get a refund and/or shipping instructions; but have yet to hear from them. Since they advertised on Facebook, I also sent them an email explaining the situation. But, I have not received a reply. I now feel that I have been ripped off and have no other way to get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY ON INFERIOR PRODUCTS."
