"This is the worst online shopping experience I've had. I tried to purchase a purse as a gift on shopnicola.com and while the payment was deducted immediately, the purchased item was never delivered, nor was any information regarding the shipping details ever provided - contrary to what is promised on their customer service section of their site. In addition, multiple inquiries to the customer service contact email address were ignored. The only reply came after the first three email inquiries, and stated that the item purchased was on back-order. After that, requests for shipping information were ignored, as were multiple requests for a refund. There is no customer service phone number so the only contact provided is the email that apparently is never checked or just ignored. I recommend nobody risk the financial loss and aggravation of shopping at shopnicola.com. "

"AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!

Ordered a melie bianco handbag on Mother's Day (5/14) and received the bag Wednesday morning (5/17) -and it was free shipping! Prices were the best I could find online & service exceeded expectations. I am totally impressed! I def plan on purchasing from again.
