"I recently purchased 2 replacement ant gels. I received them in a timely manner. When I used the first one it didn't melt properly. I emailed and phoned the company but received no reply. I asked for help in using it but received none. I went ahead and used the 2nd package but used a newer high powered microwave to melt it but it didn't melt. I again emailed, called and faxed the company and have yet to hear from them. I am very dissatisfied with their service. My ants are still alive but are unable to dig any tunnels. My students were not able to watch and journal what they were suppose to see. Jane"
