"After reading other reviews I was reluctant to use, but I had a gift card I could not use. Nervous about giving a credit card number so they could verify address. Also nervous about giving the card number and pin. They accessed my credit card and put on a 61 cents charge to verify I was legit. Next thing they did was drain my gift card. That could have been a bad sign. But true to their business model, 10 days later I received a check in the mail. Would definitely recommend."

"My order was canceled immediately because I didn't meat their "risk evaluation" standard, something or another. For my "security" they would not tell me why it failed, but I'm guessing that you have to buy a bunch of their small cards first. I was trying to buy a $500 Wal-Mart gift card.

"I filed a complaint about gift cards that did not work and they accused me of fraud. They closed my account and refused to do business with me. BEWARE of this scamming company. Use one of the others---Cardcash.com, Cardpool.com, or Raise.com. I have used all three successfully but have had the best experience with Raise.com."
"I paid for a very large gift card that was then found invalid at the store (store attempted about 5 different ways to accept it from my iphone...always registered as invalid gift card). I returned the next day with a printed version of it. Same story. Manager says she gets one scam after another--they always come up invalid.
